Power BiBond – 2-Component Universal High-Performance Adhesive

Power BiBond by PETEC is a powerful 2-component adhesive based on methacrylate, designed for a variety of materials and applications.

• Excellent adhesion: Suitable for metal, plastic, wood, rubber, and many other materials, both with and among each other.
• Fast curing: With a working time of about 3 minutes and handling strength after 6 minutes, the adhesive enables quick workflows.

• Versatile use: Ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications, including automotive bodywork, plastic and electrical engineering, woodworking, as well as metal, trade show, modeling, and machinery construction.
• Workable: After full curing (approx. 12 hours), the adhesive can be sanded and painted with many paint systems.

Application Instructions

• Preparation: Roughen and thoroughly clean the surfaces to be bonded with PETEC Multi Cleaner.
• Processing: Insert the double cartridge into the PETEC application gun, remove the cap, and check material flow. Dispense the required amount of adhesive and mix or attach a mixing nozzle.
• Application: Apply adhesive to one side and join materials within two minutes.
• Post-processing: After full curing, the bonded area can be sanded and painted.
